Can’t sign in? Start here.
Almost every sign-in problem is one of these three. You did nothing wrong — we moved the site in December and passwords couldn’t come across with everything else.
Try this first
Reset your password
Your account came over from the old site, but your password didn’t — passwords can’t be transferred. The account is there, it just needs a new one.
On the sign-in screen tap Forgot password. The code comes from no-reply@indiemusicstreams.com — check spam.
Fixes most people
If you used Google
Continue with Google
If you first joined with a Google account, you never set a password — so there’s nothing to reset and “Forgot password” won’t help.
Use the Continue with Google button instead, and pick the same Gmail you signed up with.
